Warranty Policy
Your Dawn product is warrantied to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase when it is used under normal household conditions and maintained in accordance with all requirements outlined in the product insert and/or packaging If a product fails within this period, don't hesitate to contact Consumer Service at consumerservice@bradshawhome.com or 800-493-2205. Your product will be replaced with the same product (or an equivalent) at no charge. Proof of purchase date is required.
Our warranty policy does not apply to dish wand refills, sponge cloths, cellulose sponges, and scrubber sponges. These items, if found defective, will only be replaced within 60 days of the purchase date. Proof of purchase date is required.
